Dear Center parents,
In the mornings in hopes of improving the flow of car rider we ask that when you pull up to the side walk that you allow your student to exit the vehicle onto the side walk. If you have child safety locks engaged in your vehicle or if your student needs help, please do not hesitate to let one of our staff members know that your child needs help. Staffing does not allow us to open every car door in the mornings. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to seeing our students in the morning.
Help your child do something for a neighbor in need. Community service teaches kids that they can make a difference.
Center Parents: All students must be dropped off through the car rider line starting tomorrow. To ensure our students' safety, walk-ups will not be allowed for drop-off or pick-up in the mornings or afternoons. We have had two great school days and look forward to seeing all our students in the morning.
Talk about your family’s fall routine. Make plans to eat at least one meal a day together.
Center Parents: Please note, based on WCBOE policy, students must bring a clear water bottle. They will not be allowed to bring Stanley, Yeti, or other bottles that are not transparent this school year. As we have not specifically communicated this, we will be enforcing this policy on Monday, August 19th. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of our school.
Talk with your child about the things you did this summer. What are three things you’ll each remember?
Make sure you are signed up to receive communications from the school. If you need help, call the office.
Center Parents,
We are ready for you to log in to your parent portal to create your parent portal account OR complete Census Verification. Follow the directions on this post for the task that applies to you. If you have more than one child in the school system, you only complete this once for all students enrolled.

Help your child establish a “study nook” for the new school year.
Will your child need supplies for school? Get a list of what’s needed. Ask your student to look at ads and find the best buys.
Help your child re-establish school year bedtime and wake-up routines.
Kids often tell you as much through behavior as through words. “Listen” to your child’s body language.
Children know their shortcomings. They need you to remind them of
their strengths.
Help your child make plans to achieve unmet summer goals.
