Have your child write down a weekly goal. Make one for yourself, too.
Write down five of your child’s successes this week and five of your own. Post the list where you can both see it.

Do you want to know how your child is doing with the "AR" Accelerated Reader Program? Read on to find out how you can stay informed with their progress!
Your child received a letter titled "Renaissance Home Connect". This letter has instructions on how to connect to your child's Accelerated Reader (AR) account so you can see their progress on AR quizzes and their progress toward meeting their goals. Once logged in, you can also choose to get email updates to check your child's work.
You can type the following web address in your Internet browser's web address box or click the link. The letter has your child's unique username and password. Please let your child's teacher know if you need another copy sent home.

What foods make your child think of autumn? Apples, pears, squash? Choose one and prepare a healthy dish together.
When your child asks a question you can’t answer, write it down. Keep a list of questions to look up later.

This is Library Card Sign-Up Month. Make sure everyone in your family has a library card and knows how to use it.
Discuss your family’s fall routine. Make plans to eat at least four meals a week together.

The Gators will be in the Tiger's Den this Friday, August 25th! Center's PBIS presents Gator Football Friday! Please allow your student to dress in their favorite Ware County t-shirt or jersey as we cheer on the Gators against Richmond Hill. Football players will be present on campus during morning arrival to greet our car riders and bus riders! Go Gators!
