We are so excited to announce the launch of an online payment system for our school!!! Check out the link below to see our new online payment system. The system is designed to offer our parents and guardians the convenience of using debit/credit cards for anything we are collecting money for at school. The site is extremely user friendly! Simply create a username and password using your email address and you will be able to pay for school expenses from anywhere!

WCMS:
SECONDLY: Students will need to go to Google Classroom at https://classroom.google.com/ to either Accept the invite for all teachers or Join Class (+ in top right corner) using the codes given to them, then review and complete information and assignments for each class by 11:59 PM.
Digital Students must attend the 1st day of class or will be marked as a NO SHOW and will be removed from the rosters and Google Classroom. If you have any questions please contact Ware County Middle School (912) 287-2341 or Ware County Technical Support at (912) 452-9866.
WCMS: Good Afternoon Gators and Parents!
Welcome Back Everyone!
Two important things:
FIRST: All students must be logged into their Ware County Google Account in order to access all Learning Resources and Assignments, that is, typed in as: StudentnumberID@ware.k12.ga.us; for example 12345@ware.k12.ga.us.
Then Students will be prompted to create an new password since All passwords have been reset to Reset1234. The new password needs to be set as WCMS and the student number like this example: WCMS12345. If you have already done this, you will not need to do it again.
Attention All Virtual Students... We just reset the passwords for all student accounts at Ware Middle. We had so many students that didn't know their password so we decided to do that. Their password is Reset1234 and it will prompt them to create a new password when they log in the next time. This will need to be wcms & their student number. For example...wcms54589. Their username should be studentnumber@ware.k12.ga.us. For example: 54589@ware.12.ga.us, if it ask you for an old password.. click forgot password and then click on proceed anyway. The alert system we use, Thrillshare, is based in Little Rock, Arkansas, so our call-outs will have a Little Rock caller ID. The number is (501) 712-2633. Please save it to your phone so you will know when the school system is calling with important information.

This is a reminder that an up-to-date immunizations report is due for all upcoming 7th graders!! Please make sure to place the report in an envelope that is labeled with YOUR CHILD’s NAME & WCMS. Forms can be dropped off at the school or the WARE BOE on Bailey Street. Thank you!
