WCHS students Tyress M. and Matthew S. have distinguished themselves as the #1 jazz drum set and baritone saxophone player in the state of Georgia, earning a position in the Georgia All-State Jazz Band! They will perform in the All-State Jazz Band at the Georgia Music Educator Association conference next month in Athens, GA.
This is the first time in Ware County High School history that TWO students have earned a position in the Georgia All-State Jazz Band in the same year.
