Congrats

Mr. Scott Raulerson and Mrs. Hannah Arnold are the Golden Achievement Award Winners for December 2025! In his award speech, Principal Dr. Bill Epps shared the following:

"Merriam-Webster defines ambitious as a person “having or controlled by ambition” and “having a desire to be successful.” This year’s Classified Golden Achievement recipient at Williams Heights Elementary School embodies that definition in every sense. From the start of the school year, this individual demonstrated an ambitious and heartfelt commitment to pouring into the lives of our students. A true team player, his willingness to be flexible, step into any role, and support others wherever needed reflects his selfless dedication to ensuring the success of every child and colleague he encounters.

"It is my honor to recognize Mr. Scott Raulerson as the 2025–2026 Classified Golden Achievement recipient. Mr. Raulerson is currently participating in the Para-to-Teacher program and is diligently working toward his teaching degree—an effort that is evident in his daily practice. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every child feels valued, respected, and empowered. His ability to build meaningful connections with students, adapt to their unique needs, and provide essential support to teachers reflects both exceptional professionalism and genuine care.

"His presence in the classroom elevates the learning environment, transforming it into a place where students feel safe to grow, take risks, and celebrate their progress. Whether he is assisting with academic tasks, offering a patient listening ear, or celebrating even the smallest milestones, Mr. Raulerson leaves a lasting impact on everyone he serves.

"Mr. Raulerson, your dedication to fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment inspires not only the students in your care but also your colleagues and the entire

Williams Heights community. We are grateful for your hard work, your passion for education, and your steadfast commitment to excellence. Congratulations on being named this year’s Classified Golden Gator recipient. Your contributions make Williams Heights Elementary a better place for all!"
