Congratulations to Mrs. Quida Smith and Mrs. Allison Gage, the Golden Achievement Award winners for October 2025 from Ware County Middle School. In her presentation, Dr. Adriuna Johnson, principal, shared the following:
"It is with great pride that I nominate Mrs. Quida Smith for the Golden Achievement Certified Award. Mrs. Smith is the true embodiment of what it means to be an educator who makes a lasting impact on the lives of her students.
"Mrs. Smith holds the highest expectations for every child who walks through her door. She believes in the potential of all students and pushes them to achieve beyond what they thought possible. Her classroom is more than just a place of instruction—it is a place where students are challenged, nurtured, and inspired to learn.
"She creates meaningful learning experiences that connect to her students’ lives, ensuring that each child feels valued and capable. Through her innovative lessons and consistent encouragement, students not only gain knowledge but also build confidence, perseverance, and a love for learning that extends beyond the classroom.
"What sets Mrs. Smith apart is her heart of gold. She gives of herself daily, modeling kindness, patience, and resilience for her students. Her passion for teaching shines through in everything she does. She sees every child for who they are and who they can become, and she works tirelessly to help them realize their fullest potential. For Mrs. Smith, teaching is not just a profession—it is a calling and a true gift.
"Because of her dedication, her high expectations, and her ability to inspire students to reach their goals, WCMS wholeheartedly recommends Mrs. Quida Smith for the Golden Achievement Award.
"It is with great honor that I nominate Mrs. Allison Gage for the Golden Achievement Classified Award. Mrs. Gage is an invaluable part of Ware County Middle School, consistently going above and beyond her role to ensure that our school runs smoothly.

Whether supporting students, assisting colleagues, or solving challenges behind the scenes, Mrs. Gage does it all with grace and excellence.
"Her dedication reaches far beyond her assigned responsibilities. She has an innate ability to anticipate needs, provide solutions, and uplift those around her. Because of her tireless commitment and strong work ethic, WCMS is able to function at its best.
"Simply put, we would be lost without Mrs. Gage. Her contributions may not always be visible to everyone, but the impact she makes is undeniable. WCMS wholeheartedly recommends Mrs. Allison Gage for the Golden Achievement Classified Award."
