Antonio Jackson from Ware County Middle is the Classified Golden Achievement Award winner for October 2023. Principal Shelli Tyre shared the following about Mr. Jackson:
“The Classified Golden Achievement winner for Ware County Middle School is someone who prefers to stay in the background, quietly taking steps to ensure that our learning environment is always well-prepared for students and staff. He probably wishes he wasn't sitting here in the limelight right now.
“He is not the first to take credit for how clean and shiny our floors look, nor is he one to complain when someone makes a mess, but I can say unequivocally that he is the first to answer the radio and come to the rescue when any type of need arises, no matter where in the building he is or what he may be tied up with.
“He is a quiet leader, one who leads by lots of hard work and example and relatively few words. He takes pride in his work, our school, and his teammates. Ware Middle is a better place because of his work ethic, his attitude, and his leadership.
