  • Board and Superintendent approve the System Operational Plan
  • Superintendent discusses Goals and Objectives with administrative team/staff

August:

  • Begin the accountability process of meeting Goals/Objectives- 
    • Rank (1) BOE presentation, 
    • Rank (2) Written Report at BOE meeting 
    • Rank (3) Written Report posted on system web page

September:

  • Board and Superintendent give approval to the final draft of System Goals and Objectives

May:

  • Board Members conduct Superintendent evaluation (using goals, objectives, and agreed upon evaluation process)

June:

  • Board and Superintendent meet at GSBA Conference or local BOE meeting to complete the evaluation
  • Board evaluates current and new objectives (keep, modify, add, delete)
