New Employee Instructions

EMAIL ACCOUNT (GOOGLE)

  1. Find your account by browsing to Staff and perform a search for all or part of your name. If you notice a typo, please contact Dennis Wainwright at dwainwright@ware.k12.ga.us for corrections.

  2. Once you know your email address, you can click on the "Staff Email" link in the main menu of our homepage. Your initial email password is set to Reset1234 and you will be prompted to create your own when you login the first time. The password is case-sensitive.

  3. You will be prompted to enable 2-step verification the first time you login to your account. You must enable this or your account will eventually become inaccessible.

COMPUTER DESKTOP ACCOUNT (ACTIVE DIRECTORY)

  1. Your local computer account will match the first part of your email address.  For example, if your email address is john.doe@ware.k12.ga.us then your classroom computer desktop login will be john.doe

  2. Your password is set to Reset1234

MICROSOFT ACCOUNT (5 INSTALLATIONS FOR MICROSOFT OFFICE)

  1. Login with your email address at https://portal.office.com

  2. Your initial password is set to Reset1234

TECHNOLOGY HELPDESK

  1. Access from our website by browsing to Menu -> Staff Tools -> Technology Helpdesk

  2. Login with your Google account by clicking the "G Login" button
