Ware County High School

One of our very own, Joy L., was named state secretary and will lead our amazing organization on the 2024-2025 Georgia Future Business Leaders of America State Officer Executive Council. Joy, a rising senior at Ware County High School and known for achieving excellence has been a member of our local FBLA chapter for three years. Her drive to lead has been evident from the beginning. This year she has taken her leadership within our organization to the next level. She not only served as our local chapter president, but also as a Region 2 officer for Georgia FBLA and a Social Media Ambassador for the 2023-2024 Georgia FBLA State Executive Council. In addition to her local, regional and state leadership roles she finished 5th in the state last year in Introduction to Social Media Strategies and 8th in the state this year alongside her teammate Juan M. in Sales Presentation. Joy has also earned her Future Business Leaders of America Statesmen pin two years in a row, proving she has what it takes to be a Future Business Leader of America. In her platform “JOIN with Joy”, she promises to help members throughout our state curate their most defining moments within FBLA through outreach, optimization, and openness. Joy is an exemplary leader and is deserving of this position. Congratulations Joy!
