The first day of school is just around the corner, and Ware County Schools is excited to welcome students and families back for the 2026–2027 school year.
Open House will be held Tuesday, August 4, 2026, giving families an opportunity to meet teachers, visit classrooms, tour the school, and learn more about the year ahead.
Open House Schedule
Pre-K & Elementary: 4:00–6:00 p.m.
Middle School: 5:00–7:00 p.m.
High School: 6:00–8:00 p.m.
Families are encouraged to attend during their school's scheduled time to make the most of the evening and connect with teachers and staff.
The first day of school is Thursday, August 6, 2026. Our faculty and staff have been working throughout the summer to prepare for another outstanding year of learning and growth.
We are excited to welcome both returning and new families and look forward to partnering with you for a successful school year.
