Congrats to WCHS

Congratulations to Ware County High School for being ranked #82 out of 494 public high schools in Georgia in U.S. News & World Reports' review of best high schools. WCHS ranked second in the RESA district (which consists of Atkinson, Bacon, Brantley, Camden, Charlton, Clinch, Coffee, Pierce, and Ware Counties), coming in just after Camden County, which ranked at #80.

Schools are ranked on their performance on criteria such as state-required tests, graduation rate, and how well they prepare students for college. College Readiness (30%), State Assessment Proficiency (20%), State Assessment Performance (20%), College Curriculum Breadth (10%), Underserved Student Performance (10%), and Graduation Rate (10%) are the six factors that determine ranking.

Here's another reason why it is GREAT to be a WHAT??? A WARE COUNTY GATOR!
