Mrs. Tammy Rudd is the Classified Golden Achievement Award winner for March 2022. Principal Loni Hines noted the following upon presentation:
Memorial Drive is proud to announce Mrs. Tammy Rudd as our Classified Golden Achievement honoree. Mrs. Rudd does a phenomenal job as a receptionist for our school and keeps us all straight. When people call our school, they can hear her smiling, and they know they are going to get the help they need. She is always on it. From late-night to early morning, staff members may text her to inform her that they will be absent at work. She is quick to work what we call her substitute magic or have a plan for coverage. In addition to all of her daily tasks, she is a team player who is always willing to step in and lend a helping hand. She often has already handled a situation and is efficient in informing the needed parties. This year, Mrs. Rudd has also been instrumental in coordinating our teachers, parents, and students to get students’ work while students were at home quarantined. We appreciate all Mrs. Rudd does for our students, staff, and parents.
Congratulations, Mrs. Rudd! You are a tremendous asset to Ware County Schools.
