Center Elementary School is proud to announce the induction of the newest members of the National Elementary Honor Society (NEHS). On March 11th, thirteen Center students were recognized for their outstanding academic achievement and for demonstrating personal responsibility. This induction will allow these outstanding scholars to provide meaningful service to the school and community as well as develop essential leadership skills that can both be used in the future.

Mr. Ethan B., President of the NEHS welcomed guests and led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance. Ms. Jenna Corley, NEHS Advisor presented the opening remarks. Mrs. Corley stated, "The Students that were selected have shown excellent conduct, an example of leadership, strong academics, and I know they will represent Center Elementary as a School of Excellence while on and off-campus."

The inductees participated in the candle lighting ceremony led by the NEHS officers, Mr. Ethan B., president, Miss Julianna J., vice-president, Miss Mia L., treasurer, and Miss Nicole L., secretary.
