The issue with Student Campus/Attendance has been resolved. Digital students will follow the directions below to log into the portal and respond to the attendance prompt. The "Check-In" option is attached to student portal accounts only, not the parent accounts.
Student accounts have been locked, meaning that the password cannot be changed. If a student forgets the password, he/she must contact the data clerk to have it reset.
The default username and password pattern for all new students and those who haven't logged in before is:
User name = student Number
Password = first two letters of their legal first name followed by their six-digit date of birth followed by the first two letters of their last name
User = 50222
Password= da031770to (using Darlene Todd in this example)
NOTE: Ware County High School and Waycross Middle School students will continue using their old login.
The student will have to enter their school email address and re-enter their password the first time they log in to complete their account setup.
When the student logs in, they will be at the home screen. The student will need to click on the course(s) in the Check-Ins section.
Click on the blue box that says Yes, I'm Here. This will be the last step of the "check-in" process.
As a reminder, Pre-K and elementary students must check-in by 1:00pm, and middle and high school students must check-in by 2:00pm each school day.
