Tonia Stewart
Mrs. Tonia Stewart is the Classified Golden Achievement Award Winner for September 2021. Upon presenting the award, Assistant Principal Peggy Jones noted, “Ware County High School is pleased to announce that the classified winner of the Golden Achievement Award for September 2021 is bookkeeper Mrs. Tonia Stewart. Mrs. Stewart has a very challenging job--handling all the athletic books, working with outside vendors, managing all of our day-to-day financial transactions--yet she is always eager to help. She is quick to volunteer for new responsibilities, cheerfully assisting in other positions when her co-workers are ill. Mrs. Stewart never complains, even when she comes in early and stays late. She welcomes our visitors, assists our staff, and supports our administrators.

“On Friday nights, Mrs. Stewart is at the football field, working with gate workers and handling any financial needs. She also acquires security officers for the games, and she even helps with Senior Night. The WCHS family is proud to honor Mrs. Stewart's positive spirit and outstanding work ethic; she is truly at the heart of our school.”

Congratulations, Mrs. Stewart! We are thankful for you and all you do!
