
Athletic Results 4/29/2024:
Gator Baseball hosted Union Grove in the second round of the GHSA State Playoffs in a double header. In game 1 the Gators fell by a score of 5 - 1. In Game 2 the Gators won by a score of 11 - 5. The Miles - Odum Players of the Game were Bryce Dixon, Landon Smallwood, Cole Cox, Walker Hudson, and Noah Bunch. Game three will be played tomorrow with the first pitch set for 11 - 5. Tickets for the single game are set at $7.00 and can be purchased online at gofan.co.

Gator Baseball hosted Tucker High school out at Gator Field for the first round of the GHSA 5A State Baseball Playoffs. The Gators were able to sweep Tucker in the double header by winning game one by a score of 15 - 0 and winning game two by a score of 13 - 2. The Miles - Odum Players of the Game were Cole Cox, Evan Joiner, Noah Bunch, and Walker Hudson. The Gators will play in the Second Round of the GHSA Baseball State 5A Playoffs in a Double Header on Monday April 29, 2024 with the “IF” game to be played on Tuesday April 30, 2024. We will host this series out at Gator Field against Union Grove. Times are still to be announced. Tickets for the series will be set at $10.00 for the Double Header and $7.00 for the single game and can be purchased online at gofan.co only.

Gator Athletics 4/22/2024:
-Girls and Boys Golf Teams traveled over to Brunswick to compete in a multi team event. The Lady Gators had to be stopped short and did not record scores.
-As far as the Boys match went, the boys defeated Brunswick by a score of 161 - 164. Individual results are as follows: Brody Martin scored a 50, Collin Brown scored a 43, Jackson Ray scored a 41, Eli Taft scored a 44, Asher Dean scored a 43, and Trace Carter was the low score with a 34.
-Congratulations to the Gator Golf Teams and their staff.

Gator Athletics 4/22/2024


This past weekend our Bass Fishing team was in action at Lake Hartwell for the final qualifier for the GHSA State Bass Fishing Tournament. Results are as follows: Cody Gay and Clary Kinnon 5 fish for 8lbs 9 oz, Grant Geiger and Colt Cox 5 fish 6 bs 4 oz, Austin Pierce and Will Griffin 3 fish 4 lbs 2 oz, Waylon Smith and Marc Taylor 3 fish 3 lbs 12 oz. The Boys and Girls Golf teams competed at the GSU GOlf Club on Saturday. Our Lady Gators finished in 4th overall with a total score of 297. Individual results are as follows: Anniston Grantham - 91, Kate Thomas - 111, Eevy Griffin - 96, Annslee Kate Grantham - 110. As far as the Boys results, The Gators finished second overall with a score of 324. Individual results are as follows: Trace Carter - 74, Asher Dean - 92, Eli Taft - 84, Jackson Ray - 84, Mac Dean - 82, and Collin Brown - 87. Trace Carter was the Low medalist for the tournament. Congratulations to the boys and girls golf teams as well as the coaching staff. Go Gators!

-Athletic Results 4/18/2024: -Girls Golf Team took on Northside of Columbus out at OCC. The Lady Gators fell to Northside. Scores for the girls were as follows: Lillie Livingston scored a 105, Eevy Griffin scored 112, Annslee Kate Grantham scored a 105, and Rylee Simpson scored a 120. -The Varsity Baseball Team concluded the series with Bradwell Institute at home last night. The Gators defeated Bradwell by a score of 15 - 0 in 4 innings and secured the Region Championship for Region 1 - 5A. The Gators will play at home next Tuesday in the first round of the GHSA State Playoffs with an opponent and times to be announced but we will be hosting the first round out at Gator Field next week. Go Gators!

Gator Athletics 4/17/2024:
-The Gator Track teams traveled over to Bradwell Institute for the Region 1 - 5A Track meet and competed very well. The Boys qualified several and finished fifth overall. The Girls qualified several as well and were able to overcome some adversity and finished second overall in Region 1 - 5A.
-The JV Baseball team hosted Wayne County and came away with the victory by a score of 2 - 1. Aidan Meeks was the Player of the Game.
