Ware County Gator Football goes on the road this past Friday to Cairo for the 2023 opening scrimmage and comes away with the 46 - 7 victory.

The Lady Gators Volleyball team opened up the 2023 season on the road with two wins. In the first match, they defeated Brooks County in the best 2 of 3 matches. Ware won the first set 25 - 21, lost the second set 25 - 22, but dominated the third set 15 - 1. In the second match, the Lady Gators defeated Thomasville HS in straight sets 25 - 20 and 25 - 16. The players of the week are Skyy Green with 7 kills, 9 assists, and 4 aces. Miranda Harrell served 20 times with no missed serves and 6 aces. She also had 3 digs and 3 kills.

Lady Gator Volleyball will travel over to Brooks County today. JV Gators as well as Varsity Gators action will begin at 4:30 PM.

Come check out the 2023 edition of the Golden Gator Band, Thursday 8/10/2023 at Memorial Stadium.
While you're there, get some Gator Cards and eat at one of the three food trucks that will be on site. All proceeds will go to support the Golden Gator Band throughout the 2023 - 2024 season.
We will also be accepting any and all water case donations at the gate.

JV Softball falls to Wayne County on the road by a score of 16 - 4. The Lady Gators will host Toombs County at Gator Field Thursday. JV is slated to start at 4:00 PM while the Varsity first pitch will be at 5:30 PM. Come out and support YOUR Lady Gators.

The Lady Gators Softball teams traveled over to Brantley County today and came away with two victories. The JV Lady Gators defeated the Herons by a score of 3 - 1. The Varsity Lady Gators won by a score of 3 - 0. Next up for the JV team will be Wednesday on the road for a 5:00 PM first pitch over in Wayne County as they take on the Yellow Jackets.
Thursday, JV Softball will host Toombs at Gator Field with a 4:00 PM first pitch time while the Varsity Gators are scheduled to begin at 5:30 PM.
Tickets for the Thursday's games will be $7.00 at the gate. come out and support your Lady Gators!
