Ware County used a combination of timely hitting, aggressive base running, and strong pitching to secure victories of 10 - 0 and 16 - 1, continuing a strong stretch in region play.

Game Two: Gators Cruise to 10 - 0 Victory

Ware County jumped out to an early lead and never looked back in the first game of the doubleheader. The Gators plated two runs in the bottom of the first inning after a New Hampstead miscue and a bases-loaded walk by Keaton Holloway.

The offense continued to apply pressure in the second inning when Seth Suess drove in two more runs with a groundout to extend the lead. Ware County added additional runs in the third inning as Holloway singled to the left side of the infield and Collin Crawford lifted a sacrifice fly, each bringing home a run.

On the mound, Seth Suess was outstanding. The right-hander tossed five shutout innings, allowing just two hits while striking out six and issuing no walks to earn the win.

The Gators showed patience at the plate, drawing six walks while consistently putting pressure on the basepaths. Ware County stole 11 bases in the game, with Isaiah White and Holloway each swiping multiple bags.

Ware County continued its offensive momentum in the second game of the day, erupting for 16 runs in a commanding victory.

The Phoenix struck first in the opening inning, but the Gators quickly responded. Ware County took a 3–1 lead in the bottom half of the first inning thanks to bases-loaded walks by Landon Smallwood and Isaiah White, along with a sacrifice fly from Tanner Larisey.
