Ware County Gators Soccer made a strong statement Tuesday night, traveling to Bacon County and sweeping the Red Raiders in commanding fashion on February 17, 2026.


Lady Gators Roll to 5-1 Victory

The Ware County Lady Gators controlled the pace from the opening whistle, earning a decisive 5-1 win over the Bacon County Lady Raiders.

Natalie Scheuing and Sloan Zachary each found the back of the net twice to power the offense, while Lexie Burse added another goal to round out the scoring. The Lady Gators moved the ball efficiently, created quality chances, and maintained composure throughout the match.

Sloan Zachary’s poise, communication, and leadership on the pitch earned her Woman of the Match Honors, anchoring an impressive all-around team performance.


Gator Boys Match the Momentum

The Varsity Boys followed with an equally dominant 5-1 victory.

Charles Huff led the offensive attack with a hat trick, scoring three goals on the night. Fernando Hernandez and Alejandro Sanchez each added a goal as the Gators showcased balance and depth across the lineup.

Ware County played exceptionally well in all phases, applying pressure offensively while staying disciplined defensively to secure the sweep.
