The Ware County Gator Guns welcomed the Camden County Wildcats to the Ware County Shooting Range on Thursday, December 18, 2025, for an intermediate-level air rifle match featuring a 3x20 course of fire. The evening showcased strong competition from both programs, with multiple Ware County squads gaining valuable experience on their home range.
Camden County A claimed the team victory with an aggregate score of 1153, edging Ware County A, who finished a close second with a score of 1146. Ware County B placed third, followed by Camden County B, while Ware County C rounded out the field.
Gator Guns Highlights
Ware County A turned in a solid team performance across kneeling and prone positions, highlighted by Gabbie Howard, who led the Gators with an aggregate score of 289. Autumn Buskirk and Mason Briggs each posted strong totals of 286, while Grant Johnson (284) and Camdyn Thornton (285) added key contributions to keep the Gators within striking distance of the Wildcats.
Ware County B gained valuable varsity and developmental experience, led by Nathan Casavant (265), Eli Locklear (263), and Hayden Lang (259), as the group continued to build depth for the Gator Guns program.
