The Region 1-AAAA Champion Lady Gators Competition Cheer Team wrapped up an impressive postseason run on Friday, November 14, 2025, as they took the mat at the GHSA AAAA State Competition Cheer Championships inside the Macon Coliseum. Competing against one of the strongest fields in the state, the Lady Gators delivered a confident, high-energy routine that earned them an 11th-place finish with a score of 85.5.

The AAAA division showcased elite talent from across Georgia. Cartersville claimed the 2025 state title with a dominating 104.5, followed by Central-Carroll (98.5), Cambridge (96), and Union Grove (95.5). Ware County’s performance placed them ahead of several traditionally strong programs, highlighting the team’s growth, consistency, and resilience throughout the season.

With their State Championship performance complete, the Lady Gators proudly close the book on Competition Cheer - one marked by a Region 1-AAAA Championship, consistent improvement, and a top -11 ranking in Georgia.

Gameday Cheer Season Begins Next Week

Coaches and athletes will quickly turn the page to Gameday Competition Cheer, where the energy, spirit, and sideline traditions of Friday nights take center stage. The Lady Gators open their Gameday season on Friday, November 22, 2025, traveling to South Effingham High School. The event is scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM.

With momentum from a successful traditional season and excitement for what’s ahead, the Lady Gators look ready to carry their competitive spirit into a brand-new phase of the year.
