The Ware County 9th Grade Football team put on a dominant performance Thursday evening at Memorial Stadium in Waycross, defeating the Glynn Academy Red Terrors by a score of 41-6.

The Gators wasted no time getting on the board as both quarterbacks made big contributions. Chase Cone and Kieran Brown each rushed for touchdowns, with Cone also connecting through the air for a passing score. Jimmy Taylor added another rushing touchdown, while Bryson Manson hauled in a receiving touchdown to round out an explosive offensive night.

The defense was just as impressive, as Zach Solomon and Pokey Barkley each scooped up fumbles and returned them for touchdowns, putting an exclamation mark on the Gators’ complete team effort.
