The Ware County Lady Gators Volleyball program returned home to the Gator Den on Thursday, September 4, 2025, for a tri-match against Brunswick High and Appling County.
In varsity action, the Lady Gators battled hard but ultimately fell in straight sets to both Brunswick and Appling. Despite the setbacks, the team continued to show resilience and flashes of strong play throughout the evening.
In the underclass competition, the Team Green Freshmen squad took on Appling’s JV team but came up short in a tough loss. However, JV Gold turned in one of the night’s highlights, defeating Appling in straight sets to give the home crowd something to cheer about.
The Lady Gators will look to regroup and build momentum as the season continues.
