On Thursday, August 14, 2025, the Lady Gators Volleyball program hosted Cross Roads Christian and Brooks County for a full slate of matches in the Gator Den. The home crowd was treated to an exciting night of action across all levels of play.
In varsity competition, the Lady Gators turned in a dominant performance, sweeping Brooks County 3-0 in the best-of-five series. The win showcased strong serving, consistent passing, and an aggressive net game from start to finish.
The JV Gold squad battled hard against Cross Roads Christian, pulling out a gritty 2-1 victory in their best-of-three matchup. The defense proved to be the difference in the final set.
The JV Freshmen team also went the distance, taking their match with Brooks County to three sets before falling just short, 2-1. The young squad gained valuable experience and showed plenty of promise for the season ahead.
Next up, all three Lady Gator teams will hit the road to Tifton on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, for a 5:00 PM first serve against tough competition.
