Earlier this month while we were on Spring Break, a special day was designated to celebrate some very hard-working educational professionals. We did not get to celebrate our amazing School Librarian/Media Specialist, Mrs. Sandra Frye. So this week, we wanted to be sure to recognize this amazing woman who keeps our school library in working order. However, what you might not know is that it's not all about the books! Not only does she select rich literature to stock our library for teachers and students to read, but she also handles much of our technology issues which include supporting teachers, digital students, and parents with software and computer issues and tracking Chromebook and textbook inventory. The list goes on and on! She does all of this while promoting the love of reading for our school!
We want Mrs. Frye to know that we see her heart in what she does to promote ideas that extend far beyond the four walls of our school library! Look at the smile on her face in this photo!
