l1-REFERRAL: Teacher, school psychologist, etc. (PROCESS FOLLOWS FRAMEWORK OF BOE WITH SPECIFIED DIFFERENCES …ACADEMIC/ BEHAVIORAL VS SPEECH-LANGAUGE).
l2-OBSERVATION:  SLP observes area.
l3-PROCEED: Recommendations/Collaboration.
l4-PROGRESS: Movement to next tier or progress made at present tier.
l5-COLLABORATE: SLP, Teacher, other staff.
l6-PROVIDE: Tier II interventions provided 2-3 30 minute segments weekly. Progress monitor, reach timeline, determine movement beginning at step 4.
