The Board of Education represents the citizens of Ware County and in this capacity has adopted goals and objectives to bring about desired school system improvement.  The employees and community at large had advertised opportunities to submit their input (see the link on the Ware County home page).  An operational plan has been developed to meet each of the goals.  Evidence of meeting each goal will be noted and those results will provide the means of measuring our progress.

Each objective has been ranked as to the importance and how that objective will be presented:

Rank (1) will have a formal Board of Education presentation.
Rank (2) will have a written report provided to the Board of Education.
Rank (3) will have a web posting.

The System Operational Plan was approved July 11, 2006.
The Goals and Objectives were approved August 14, 2012.

An evaluation of the Ware County School System will be determined in the summer of 2013 and the Board of Education and Superintendent will use the goals and objectives to measure the system individual performance.
