Principal's Letter to Parents

Dear Parents,

I am very excited about the new school year and the many plans that we have to make it a successful one.  The staff and I look forward to working with you to achieve our shared goal of helping your child achieve his/her potential in a setting that is respectful, motivating, challenging and safe.

Within the pages of this Handbook, you will find the rules of our school, an explanation of the services we offer and our expectations for the education of your child.  You will also find specific directions for implementing any of the procedures necessary for your involvement in our school.  I hope you will find this information useful.

I look forward to working together with you and your children throughout the coming year.  If I may be of service, please feel free to contact me or make an appointment to see me in person.  My door is always open!

Go Gators!

Joe Brasfield

Parents, here is an exciting new way to pay for school meals!

Ware County Schools introduce an exciting new service for school meals prepayments. Parents can now log onto www.myLunchMoney.com and prepay for their child’s or adult meals using their MasterCard or Visa.  Parents and staff without Internet access can call a toll free number (800-479-3531) to receive an application to pay by phone or fax.

Enrolling is simple and completed online.  Once you set up the customer’s account, you can check balances, view student purchases, set spending limits and fund your student’s account from your computer, phone or fax.

Personal and payment card information is protected by the most advanced internet security.

You can even set up a recurring payment option so that money will always be in your child’s account.  When a low balance is reached, money is automatically deposited.

To enroll, go to www.myLunchMoney.com and click ENROLL NOW.  Create an account for your student or yourself (staff).  Ware’s district ID number is 32338.  You’ll also need the student’s ID number, date of birth, school and grade.

You may also call the toll-free customer support center at 1-800-479-3531 for questions or assistance with enrollment.  Support personnel are available Monday – Friday from 8 am ET – 7 pm ET.

Parents may continue to pay at school by check or cash.
