We could use the help of local businesses, parents, and other educational stakeholders.  Particularly, we could use help in the following ways:

1)      Job Shadowing - allow students to work with you, or someone in your organization for a day.

2)      Student Internships - allow students to work in your organization or office to learn valuable workplace skills.

3)      Teacher Externships - provide opportunities for educators to assist in your organization during the summer.

4)      Curriculum / Soft skills - provide materials and resources that will support the standards of the business curriculum.

5)      Financial Resources and Freebies - Help sponsor a member of FBLA, or provide funds to help our students participate in competition, or simply provide items that could be used as prizes and incentives for our students. Even small contributions are appreciated.

6)      Workplace Learner Experiences (field trips) - allow groups to tour your operations to learn more about business and the world of work.

7)      Mentoring - work with students who need someone to look up to.

8)      Guest Speakers - come in yourself or allow one of your staff to come in and talk about your area of expertise.  We have had bankers, small business owners, insurance specialists, and other professionals come in and share their knowledge with our students.

9)      Report Card Conferencing - come in and talk with students about their report cards.

10) Motivation - provide items that can be used as prizes and/or incentives for students.  Any help, large or small, is appreciated.
