Todman is Golden Achievement Winner

Casey Todman is the Golden Achievement Award winner for the month of October. Upon her recognition, Principal Wendy Good of Memorial Drive Elementary had this to say of Todman:

"It is my honor to nominate Casey Todman for the Golden Achievement Award. Mrs. Todman has been a school nurse for the Ware County School System for 3 years having served students at Ware County High School for 1 year before coming to Memorial Drive Elementary School in August 2015. Voted on by staff members as the 2015-2016 Resource Staff Member of the Year, Nurse Todman is known as a faithful, hard worker who cares deeply for the students, families, and staff members of Memorial Drive Elementary School. She is actively involved in the telemedicine program, is efficient with necessary reports, and remains consistent with policies and procedures.

Nurse Todman is a soft-spoken, calm staff member who is willing to go the extra mile to see students succeed. Casey Todman is a vital part of our team by keeping safety first during our emergency drills, coordinating outside resources such as Help A Child Smile, providing necessary training for staff members, and conducting necessary screenings such as vision and hearing tests. During her busy day, she remains flexible and focused on helping students to “Be Ready” for school. It is a great pleasure to have her as a Memorial Drive Wildcat! She is well deserving of the Ware County School System Golden Achievement Award."
