DAFFODIL Pre-K Hosts Christmas Tree Decorating Contest

Congratulations to Mrs. Debra Taylor’s class for winning the Christmas tree decorating contest held at DAFFODIL Pre-K. Entries ranged from trees dressed as Mickey Mouse all the way to the Grinch, but Mrs. Taylor's class's entry stood out above the rest. Her students participated in decorating their tree to make one handsome snowman! Students were given an assignment to write the letters of their names in circles and build a snow man on a stick with the letters of their names. This completed task by the students really made the decorations to the snowman a hit!

The Santa Claus tree, submitted by Mrs. Belinda Moore’s class, came in 2nd place, and the lollipop tree, decorated by Mrs. Tara Bower’s class, came in 3rd place.

"If an opportunity presents itself, please come out and enjoy the Christmas trees in front of DAFFODIL Pre-K," said Principal Dr. Houseal. Congratulations to all of the classes that participated.
