HOSA Raises Pediatric Cancer Awareness in Support of Mattie's Mission

Pediatric Cancer Awareness is held during the month of September, and the community of Ware County raised the bar this year. Through the sale of cancer awareness t-shirts, a total of $9,174 was raised. The WCHS HOSA chapter was the lead role in sales of Cancer Awareness t-shirts for our community, the Ware County School System, and Sunset T’s. All proceeds from the t-shirt sales were donated to Mattie's Mission to be distributed to those in our area who are affected by pediatric cancer. Thanks to all who participated in supporting throughout our Cancer Awareness month.
